Hot Head Burritos - Springfield

Veggie rice bowl was nothing but swashing, some actually cooked. the steak burrito tasted like the left pot, not steak

Most employees were not willing to serve customers. a simple question as to how to read the order back, left it speechless. requested double meat and was insured, it was there. I'm home and it wasn't. I love hot heads, but tonight they have changed the names in pot heads.

Came today for a lunch first time here and the service was amazing and the young guy behind the counter I think his name is cody super friendly and the eating was phenomenal thanks for such a wonderful experience that this guy needs an increase because I super picky with my eating again thanks youngs

I have lunch tonight. the load was very clean to look inside and the staff was friendly and engaged during the order. I have the little burrito dish. I thought I had a significant part for the cost. I ordered the hunch with brown rice, grilled vegetables, pico, cilantro and a little cheese. the sweet tasted fresh. that he had a good spicy mix. overall the taste of all ingredients was without disappointment at location. I am back.

Food was off. Thankfully they refunded. 1st time trying and never again.
