It was a really good day and the employees were all very kind and helpful, especially Steve. Only 4 stars for atmosphere due to using a walker doors are extremely heavy. It wasn't until later an employee offered assistance with the heavy door. I noticed doors on each side are heavy and this, in my opinion, is NOT handicap friendly. Otherwise it's good place with good food and good employees. View all feedback.

I placed an order via the app at 5:40 pm for pick up at 6:00 pm. I arrived 5 min early. I waited in the drive thru until 6:15. I asked why so long? I pre-ordered. She said we don 't start cooking until you get here. So there 's that. When I got home, my WIFE 'S Frisco burger was uncoated, no tomato, and covered in candied bacon. Do you know how mad my wife was. Never again. I 'll eat Ramen and Spam chunks before I go... View all feedback.

This specific location gave me the complete opposite toppings I wanted on my burger twice in a row on separate occasions. Do not order from this location, they are horrible at taking orders.
Extremely slow service, floors were sticky, food was as expected but I waited over 20 minutes to get it. Place seemed understaffed And employees while friendly seemed to move at a snails pace. Tables were clean along with restrooms
Ordered food at the Wabash store in the drivethrough this morning at 615. We were greeted by Shirley, who is helping at the Wabash location (originally from the Sangamon store). Shirley was so pleasant, particularly so early in the morning. It was a great start to the day. She was kind enough to chat with us while we briefly waited for our tasty food! It was freaking and refreshing to encounter such a kind employee!! Will be back!

Husband and I drove through the drive and ordered two Ur-Dickburgers. also the onoin ring was not to beat and one had a very pitifull amount of prime rib. my tee had of course sat a few times and was gone. if I could leave 0 stars, I would. not worth $30 price-day at all
Typically good eating. only the journey that they have prepared to wait for an 8-10 minutes from ordering to handing over the food!
Best fast food burgers in town. like service is always great then you get home and open the food and its just like wow. Great place, great food.
Do not order coffee here unless you want it served cold.
I drove up to the drive-thru and ordered a $5 meal deal. The employee told me it was 5:47. I drove around and he never asked me which meal deal I wanted - whether it was the three piece chicken strips, burger, or chicken sandwich. He also never asked me what kind of drink I wanted. I requested a diet soda, but they brought out a cold burger with a cold bun. I should have gone back inside to fix the order, but I didn't. It was very disappointing, and I will not be returning to that restaurant again.
