Burgers were very good. Vegetables were fresh. Lots of toppings and the beef was tasty. Better than a clown burger. Fries were perfectly salted. Staff was friendly as well. View all feedback.

Burgers are overpriced and lack many ingredients, as well as sodas, its better to get your drinks from a gas station, burgers are on the same level as braums, breakfast is all Hardee's is good for, yet they took it away for the whole day, only in the mornings. View all feedback.

The order was correct and the food was put together nicely, not thrown together and sloppy like some restaurants. Their prices are a little high for a burger place, but not so high I won't go back.
If thirsty through the drive. the young could not get my order right, and after he explained it to him four times he still got it wrong. my Brat-Rindsandwich hadn't got a good one yet. I only ordered 2 sandwiches, no hard order. manager never called me back. not back there. Take my advice and go to arby.
I had hoped to get the early Pitsburger, but I guess hardees didn't take it from carl’s jr. it's a scandal that is one of my favorites. beautiful to see some hardees take the western bacon cheeseburger though
Not sure what was going on but the wait was over 30 minutes from speaker to window. The lady at the window was very rude. It was almost like she threw the food at me. She forgot our 2 drinks and I was trying to get her attention and she came back to the window with what . I asked for our drinks she said you didn 't have drinks on that order. I showed her the receipt and she got our drinks with no apology.I gave 3 stars because our food was good, right and hot. Plus they were busy and could have been having issues with their system because they did ask what I had. I 've worked fast food and when you are busy and having issues you can become overwhelmed BUT no excuse for how the employee talked to me and how my food was handed to me.
Friendly crew and always make their burger looks like made with love: not just throw everything in it! Anyway, thanks for the great service quality of food!

We have breakfast at this restaurant two to three times a week. The biscuit and gravy, sausage biscuit, sausage egg biscuit, and cinnamon raisin biscuit are all delicious.
The staff at this restaurant is very kind and attentive, providing excellent customer service. I haven't been to a Hardee's in years since moving to Texas, but I will definitely be returning to this location when visiting relatives in Springfield. Thank you to everyone for a great experience!

I was hoping to get the breakfast burger but i guess hardees has not adopted this one from Carl's Jr. It is a shame cuz that is one of my favorites. Glad to see some Hardees are adopting the western bacon cheeseburger though
Hardee's is slightly above average in the world of fast food burger chains and the curly fries make the meal.
