What User likes about Golden Chopsticks:
Great menu selection! Since Covid we've only done pick up. Food is always hot and on time. Dishes that I have had have always been delicious. The restaurant environment is pretty sparse. Nothing fancy, but reminds me of Chinese restaurants of the past. The wait staff are courteous but very business like. No chitchat. View all feedback. What User doesn't like about Golden Chopsticks:
eating is good. but customer service needs some work. I've been working professionally in customer service for over 20 years, and I felt that the person worked there was like my customers weren't talking to me inappropriately well. they'll hold me this time. the 2 times I went there the person on the phone was nicer and left me with a better experience.
