I won't be ordering from this restaurant again. There was no red sauce or hot sauce included, and when I mentioned it, the woman refused to provide any. I tried to pay for the sauces, but she still said no. I found it frustrating that they wouldn't accommodate my request, especially since another staff member eventually gave me one, but there was still no red sauce. Good service but horrible food. Three meals and all were awful.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Rude rude rude woman of the year award winner here! No dine in, drive through only, one long waited car order at a time for food not worth the trouble. Bye Karen!
Food is fantastic staff is pleasant I just wish prices would stop going up, that's the only reason I don't go as frequently I use to be a weekly guest now I am every two months or so)
It’s runner up to the worst food I’ve had. I ordered 2 egg drop soups, 2 beef and broccoli, crab ragoons, egg rolls, general tos, Orange chicken, sweet and sour chicken, wonton soup, donuts, and noodles. (All came with rice). Almost $100 and we had to throw it out. the rice was mushy like grits, the crab ragoons were extremely salty and the stuffing tasted spoiled, the egg rolls were super stale and soggy, the general tos was dry and was all crust no chicken, beef and broccoli had zero flavor and was mush, long story short the only thing editable was the donuts and egg drop soup. Defiantly disappointed.
You can visit the best Chinese food in springfield especially the wings....first visited here in 1997. still!
