The food was not the same as a couple of years ago. It seems like the food has gotten even cheaper. It was very concerning when the homeless guy inside was doing nothing and then followed my husband and I to our car. He sent him away, but if I was a lone female, who knows. Not good at all sadly. Food was great but boy a few of the employees were mad at the world. A few of those kids need attitude checks. Otherwise a+

Fazoli's was great! Izzy, Krystal, and the crew went above and beyond during our visit. We enjoyed classic spaghetti, fettuccine, and a Tall stack of breadsticks. Thank you for making our road trip more enjoyable and reminding us of home ??
The cashiers were absolutely amazing and did their job and my food was cooked perfectly. However the district manager Crystal made my visit extremely unpleasant. Not only was she rude and disrespectful towards me but towards her staff as well. It was very disgusting to witness and made both me and the other employees uncomfortable. All because I asked for fresh bread sticks as I had been standing there for about 15mins, they were busy. The bread sticks under the warmer I watched them put out and would prefer fresh right out the oven. Especially since I placed my order to go. Crystal decided to raise her voice from the back room to make sure I could hear her loud and clear to let me know ALL OF OUR BREAD STICKS ARE FRESH WE DON 'T LEAVE THEM OUT MORE THAN 10MIN as if that changes anything. It was very rude and disrespectful, she then went to the cashier and yelled at her for misunderstanding instructions, then when the hot bread sticks for my order came out she made sure to aggressively slam the pan down. If you don 't like your job Crystal, find a new one. Those poor employees do not deserve to be treated in that way and neither do the customers. I will be sure to send this over to your corporate headquarters as well. Like I said the quality of food was amazing. Cashiers perfect angels. Crystal DM the most disrespectful bitter woman I hope she seeks therapy instead of taking her anger out on random people.
