I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I arrived at 9:43 a.m. on my way to my night shift, but the doors were locked. Both the door and the website indicated that they should be open until 10 a.m. An employee saw me but opted to ignore me. I truly hope this behavior isn’t reflective of Dunkin Donuts as a whole. Overall, I left feeling let down as a customer.
The restaurant is immaculate, and the coffee is consistently served piping hot. The donuts are fresh and delightfully soft. The only downside is the lack of power outlets for customers dining in. However, they don’t rush you, allowing you to truly enjoy your time there. I will definitely be coming back!
During the green phase of Covid-19, the restaurant offers both walk-in and curbside service. They've set up a designated pickup table for app orders, allowing you to easily collect your online order and be on your way. It couldn’t be simpler!
I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I've visited several Dunkin' shops without any problems, but this one was quite different. I regret spending both my time and money here. With my tight budget lately, it's important to treat myself, but this place even charged me for ice in my coffee, and the staff was rude about it. Overall, I was quite unimpressed.
Busy but they are great and fast.
