We visit various Dunkin' locations all the time and never encounter any issues. However, this particular one was a major disappointment. I apologize for wasting my time and money. I am on a tight budget and occasionally treat myself to a coffee, but this experience was a letdown. They even had the audacity to charge me for ice in my coffee and were quite rude about it.

I understand that there is a lack of workers at many of these chains, but how it is helpful that two workers are present to do 1 the work while the others ignore on the phone. I've been sick last couple times, but I got him out. today 10 minutes and not even recognized, ridiculous. that will be my last visit. certain change of 3-4 for times per week before.

He said, coffee We had to wait until the picture came around on the menu board for me to point at what I wanted. He sort of gestured that there were 3 choices. I told him I wanted peach. He said peach I said yes, peach Then he made me a strawberry one. After a couple of rounds of Peach? Peach. Peach? Peach. I finally got what I wanted. It was a little frustrating, but I wasn't in a hurry and it was kind of comical. And the peach coconut refresher was amazing!!!?

They always get my... read more I only have good things to say about this restaurant! The owner, Akim, and the woman who manages the place are always friendly and welcoming. They always get my order right! Normally, I order through their app, but this restaurant is one of the quickest in terms of preparation. I can place my order from the parking lot and within 45 seconds, my food is ready. The restaurant has ample seating inside and it is very clean. The parking lot is shared with other shops, but I never have trouble finding a spot right in front of the restaurant.

However, when the larger gentleman is at the register, the line moves very slowly.
