There is a vegetarian menu available where dishes can be made vegan by omitting cheese and sour cream. The atmosphere is not too fancy, but it is definitely worth trying out.
Although the person I spoke with at the restaurant was polite, they did not understand what vegan meant or my explanation of no cheese, milk, meat, or other animal products. When I opened my order later, it contained ingredients that were not vegan. I called to inquire about the cheese and the same person was unsure. After reading the ingredients, it was clear that there were milk cultures present. This was my first and last experience at this restaurant.
