Typical college student girl bartender who is on her phone and talking with her friends more than taking care of the possibly 3 to 7 guest at her bar. The bar itself has a great selection is a really cool building but whoever this chick working is, has cemented me never going back. Boun... read more The “bouncer” wouldn’t let me in at almost age 30. He said my ID was fake and tried to show how “fake” the ID was off to 6 people who all knew it was real. Bouncer was extremely rude and even after the ID was verified to be real, he proceeded to be rude. I would not waste my money on poor customer service. Save your money and don’t go somewhere toxic that will put a damper on your evening.

They are disgusting and all think they are entitled because they had to clean the floors . Never go there. You will get assaulted.

Unfortunately, my experience with the new owner wa... read more I recently dined at this restaurant, owned by Teresa Scott LIEBE, for the first time in about 1.5 to 2 years. Unfortunately, my experience with the new owner was quite disappointing. She was not welcoming at all and was rather rude when I requested a drink. I asked for a pickle shot in a cup, but she didn’t seem to understand what I was asking for and was unreasonably dismissive as I attempted to clarify. I sincerely hope this establishment can improve in the future; however, until that happens, we won't be coming back.

The customer service here is among the worst I've encountered. It's unfortunate for the other staff, as it's clear that the owners struggle with effective management of the bar. It's a pity because the bar itself has great potential.

After visiting for the first time in about a year and a half to two years, I was disappointed to discover that the new owner was not welcoming at all. She was rather rude when I attempted to order a drink, claiming that she didn't understand what I was asking for. I requested a pickle shot in a cup, but she seemed unable to grasp the idea and became increasingly unpleasant as I tried to clarify. I truly hope this restaurant can turn things around, but until then, we won't be returning.
