Costco Food Court - Springfield

I noticed that you now have kiosks for placing orders, which is a nice addition. However, it seems that you can only order in person if you pay with cash. One issue I consistently encounter is that the order pickup area gets crowded as people frequently ask if their order is ready. It would be really helpful to have a screen displaying completed orders, so customers know when to pick up their food. This is the only reason I didn't give a 5-star rating. Best regards,

This place offers the best pizza and fruit smoothies around. The churros are also incredibly tasty. They've recently added a self-checkout station on the right side, which requires a Costco credit card to use. Make sure to grab your blue ticket and wait for your order, but be mindful not to block other customers!

I really enjoy their veggie pizza. It's a fantastic value and tastes wonderful—definitely not greasy. This is far superior to any other budget options I've tried. Their ice cream sundae is also excellent!

I don't understand the hype.
