A great location as a treat after you get out of the medical center, which is right next to the cold stone. Great staff and great ice cream, worth every penny.

Always good service and delicious ice cream. Would be 5 stars, but it seems when we order online they miss something. It's a dollar extra so I can get them all. Otherwise we love her.

Came here for classic cold stone ice cream and I am very disappointed. Cold stone inserates their artic blowing service, where they somehow freeze it, so it is colder when you continue to travel home and melt 't. When I mentioned it to the employee, he looked stupid and looked at his employees to confirm that they did not. Then every possible excuse went to do not offer the service. At some point, I was able to get him to do what he could do so that my car doesn't melt home with molten ice. I'm pretty sure he only wrapped it with Saran wrap and threw it in a fridge or freezer. I should have checked the bag before leaving, but I thought he did his job right. Lesson learned. Will never return here again and encourage others to look for another branch.

I love this place. However, this time I placed an online order. I'm here at the specified time, asking for extra freeze and a dipped waffle cone. FORGOT Cone and Ice Cream were SOUP! Terrible experience
