It is our favorite pizza joint in the area. It’s spendy but you’d spend about the same at Papa’s Pizza and get a below average pizza. They have so many options for pizza. The service just isn’t great here though. They’re almost always late at getting orders ready on time. View all feedback.
What Pamela F doesn't like about Coburg Pizza Company Centennial:
It's good pizza but not wow. Not sure what the hype is about. They have crazy creations but some are over the edge. And the price is a bit steep for what you get. Staff is competent but not overly helpful...more get the job done kinda people. View all feedback.
My first time in town at the first visit to this restaurant. This place was a phenomenal pizza experience. Almost everywhere else you would say a pizza dinner, but that wasn't just a dinner that was an experience. We ordered the individual pizzas for the four of us have taken out. When I arrived at the place to get the pizzas up, I was amazed to see the table with about 12 people sitting on it, an individual pizza that feeds all the way down the table. It was impressive and gave me an insight into what we wanted to experience. Absolutely worth the cost. This is the kind of place where you visit when they come to see you and you want them to have a great experience. I highly recommend this place and we do it every time I go to the family. Great job Coburg du Rock!
Coming from the NY/NJ area, I am definitely spoiled when it comes to pizza. I do enjoy trying pizza wherever I go to see how different areas do it. Coburg Pizza company is an interesting experience. I ordered both pasta and pizza to sample both. The pasta was very enjoyable. I ordered spaghetti with meatballs and had them add some sausage. For the pizza I did a boring sausage and pepperoni. The sauce was acceptable and the level of cheese was fine. I thought the toppings were adequate. I just couldn't get behind the crust. I went with their thicker crust. I wonder if I would've liked their thinner crust better ?????. I thought the service was great! All in all though, if you're in the area, it's worth checking out.
So delicious! We ate here for the 4th and were pleased to see it wasn't packed. The outdoor seating was great, the sausage pesto pasta was my favorite. Our table also ordered the garlic parm wings, and knots, a medium double smoked pepperoni pizza with alfredo sauce, and a small smoked pepperoni, Canadian bacon pineapple pizza with garlic butter instead of sauce. Everything was so good I had to ask the cooks name to say thank you, it was Dylan (sp? btw, and he is truly gifted. Thanks for a great lunch in Springfield!
The food and service was incredible. Definitely keeping this restaurant on our list next time we head north.
The delicious smells of pizza hit you as you approach the door guiding you inside for pizza goodness. I would frankly pay money just to sit and enjoy the aroma ? but I came for dinner so we shared this lovely pie.
