Chef Wayne's Cajun On The Go

I Thought My FAVORITE FOOD ON Planet Earth Was GONE Forever, But I FOUND YOU!!!! OMG!!!!????Am in Heaven!!!!! ????

A good lil spot to grab a hearty meal on the go! I had the Cajun Pasta with salmon which was very tasty! The woman whom had taken my order was super friendly and attentive. My order came out perfectly and was so delicious! I will definitely be returning!????

As a displaced Cajun I can say, without a drop of doubt in my mind, that Chef Wayne and the team are doing the lord 's work. I got the sausage gumbo. Ive eaten at Cajun spots that claim to be over seasoned for new England well that 's just a fancy way of saying under seasoned . Chef Wayne 's gumbo? Perfectly seasoned. My mouth is still tingling 30 minutes after eating; that 's what you want! I can 't wait to try the other menu items next time I 'm downtown.

Excellent portion for what I paid for which again was phenomenal. The bourbon pecan pie was amazing just with they had their bourbon bread pudding. Will be back definitely
