Great Barbeque and with the addition of their sweet red sauce, it is even better tasting, really completed the barbeque. Potato salad is really good as well. Too bad they are only open for lunch. Gail and Joe are the best. Very friendly. Service was great.

It has been some time since I had eaten here last. It is just as good as I remember. I had the Brisket Sandwich and my wife had the Pulled Pork Sandwich along with their homemade Potato Salad. The brisket was very tasty. The pork and potato salad was reported to be excellent as well. They are only open for lunch Tuesday thru Friday and only for so long as they have food prepared so get there early. It is a popular place but the service is prompt. Try it you will like it.

Tried the bar-b-que. It was so heavily smoked I burped it all night long. The smoke over took the taste of the meat. The smoke also permeated my hair and clothing and I smelled like a fire the rest of the day as well. Meat was a little on the dry side too. I have had better bar-b-que in springfield. Other choices are available but not worth the headache of the smoke. They also close once everything is almost gone so the schedule is iffy.... There is such thing as too much of a good thing with all the smoke! Have not been back.
