I feel like BK is so underrated in Springfield, MO. If it is done well, BK has a phenomenal product and this location always delivers the goods for me. I drive from the north side of Springfield all the way to the other side of town to get my Whopper from this location.The staff is friendly, the restaurant is clean, and the food is made well. What Kattie Vaughn doesn't like about Burger King:
Service was slow, girl at the window didn't talk to us, played with her nose ring while waiting on our food. When we got our food, burgers were cold. I won't be going back to this View all feedback.
Burger was alright. But 8 piece chicken nuggets means 7 chicken nuggets at this location.
The fries tasted like onion rings and we had to drive around again cuz they forgot something in our order....Update: ordered again and the lady in the drive-thru window said that the soda marked cola was Dr. Pepper....
Service is better than in the past but still a bit slow. Food is good for fast food type. Atmosphere is clean and music is nice, not loud.
Experience as expected. Food was good. Ordered a whopper for breakfast (love that bk does the burger for breakfast thing) and it came out fresh.
