Burger King - Springfield

Like many Burger King locations, this one can be hit or miss. However, our recent visit turned out better than the last, when we received raw french fries. Despite that hiccup, we decided to give it another try and were glad we did. The Impossible whopper, a personal favorite, was delicious as always. The staff were friendly and entertaining, making our dining experience enjoyable. We opted to dine inside due to the lack of crowds and our preference for social distancing. This time, our fries were cooked to perfection and we appreciated the respite from the heat. Overall, we would return to this location, with just a reminder to double-check the fries for freshness and doneness.

The workers at this restaurant were very friendly and funny, and I was pleasantly surprised to see the manager's son waiting for his dad to finish work. He was very welcoming and entertaining, which made my visit to Burger King very enjoyable. Thank you for the great laughs and smiles, I have no doubt you will be successful wherever you go. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

As a vegan, I can't recall the last time I visited a Burger King. However, I was pleasantly surprised with my recent visit and intend to become a regular customer now that they offer the Impossible Whopper. The staff was welcoming, the restaurant was clean, the Impossible Whopper was outstanding, and the Coke Freestyle machine was both tasty and enjoyable.
