Toby was our server tonight and he was attentive and very friendly. He stated he is new to bartending and is learning the balance; we thought he was wonderful and knowledgeable. What Jeff doesn't like about Buffalo Wild Wings:
Extremely disappointed and frustrated. Placed the reservation via OpenTable. Party of 7. Confirmed. Showed up. Waited over 5 minutes before Hostess showed up. Told us you have no reservation. Showed the email. She said we don't take reservations. As well, we charge a $7 per person charge on Saturday nights. Asked to speak to the Manager. Not available. When my party arrived at the restaurant, I was told they wouldn’t honor the reservation because it was a “game day”. The wait wasn’t terribly long, but it was somewhat disappointing.
That's the third time I'm trying this chain. Service is ok, atmosphere is good, but the wings are just not tasty. Sorry.
We made a reservation to dine at 8:15pm, only to be told when we got there that they don’t accept reservations for Friday nights
