What Steve Puffpaff dislikes about Bricktown Brewery:
Food was average, service was exceptional, but the AC doesn't work well..in august...so doesn't make for relaxing evening. For a single business that did over 1 million in profit last year...I would think you would invest more back into the business instead of your pocket. View all feedback.

Love this place but have noticed over this summer their ac has not been working, especially on the days there are heat advisories. The staff is working their butts off doing the best they can but you can see the sweat and struggle on their faces. For management to not see this as a Top Priority is a little beyond me! The staff did inform us that the ac was not working when we walked in and we did decide to stay bc we love the food, people and atmosphere, however in the middle of our meal I started feeling a little sick and dizzy because I was so overheated, so we had to take the rest to go.While we were there we did sit close enough to the front door to witness a few customers come in, be informed of the ac issues, take notice of the temperature inside and say heck no were outta here. So I can only imagine how much money they’re losing : anyways, I’ve spoken to some of the staff this evening and they are indeed miserable and just pushing through, so I feel awful for them and can only imagine the back of the house! Hopefully this is resolved asap!

Upon taking our seats, we were welcomed by our server, Mike. He inquired if we were ready to place our order, and we proceeded to order everything, including an appetizer. However, after waiting for an entire hour, we discovered that the kitchen had misplaced our order slip. When we finally inquired about our appetizer, it arrived cold and the cheese was not melted at all. My salad looked like it had been tossed onto my plate haphazardly, and my pregnant wife received a club sandwich that was greasy and quite unappetizing. Although this was just one unfortunate experience, I couldn't shake the feeling that the server may not have actually submitted our order, which resulted in our extended wait. Consequently, we have decided to take a break from dining at this establishment for the time being.
You have to give this place a try! I ordered a hot chicken sandwich topped with pineapple and drizzled with honey, which was fantastic. The sweet potato fries with caramel sauce are an absolute must-try! We enjoyed our meal on the patio, and as for parking, it's conveniently located with plenty of spaces available.
