Food is always good. Chicken tenders are good to eat. Staff are very professional and welcoming. The ice cream and shakes are great. They also have a small grocery store in there with milk, eggs, meat, fruit, vegetables, bread etc. Things that mostpeople eat or run out of.

Very slow.... Always. And they made the drive thru guy stop giving interesting facts to customers. Let the kid have fun! The food is good though.

This place has terrible communication from night shift to day shift. Here's why... After work I went for some containers ice and a 1/2 gallon chocolate. At some point, I have to put my phone down because I left it there. The next morning I called and the employee claimed that no phone was found. But my Google, where my phone is, was still in Braums. It took 3 calls, 2 connections there and well over 24 hours. For my phone wherever the night shift had set it.

My experience here did not correspond to the hype. The restaurant is clean and even has a small fast shop. Service is good and the staff is friendly. The burgers are average, even the jalapeño Burger.
