Bob Edith's Diner - Springfield

Have been going there since opening day. This sunday, 27th september. We go it was horrible. New manager walking around like Hitler. The employees were so scared of way he was looking and the tension in there was horrendous. We have always had great service. This manager not say hello has employees scared. My homefries this time had 4 pieces of them on my plate. My eggs were cold. They took them back microwave them and came back hard unable to eat. The tension in there you could cut with a knife. We had to keep asking for condiments, etc. It was worse experience ever. After all these years will never return.

Great old fashioned diner. Great service and excellent breakfast!
