Arris Pizza - Springfield

Very yummy pizza and great wine! Bar in the back, while not where I was seated, looked very roomy and fun

The pizza was absolutely delicious—not too salty, just perfect. We ended up eating the whole pie! I highly recommend this spot for lunch or brunch.

I had a wonderful experience starting with the bruschetta appetizer, followed by the berry salad and the Greek sausage pizza. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was welcoming. I always look forward to dining here!

Had a medium house pizza in order to take some home for later meals. Stew, the kitchen manager, brought the pizza to my table in what seemed a surprisingly short time for a Friday evening. He explained that the hot toppings had shifted on the crust as they moved the pizza from oven tool to metal plate. He also said that a replacement pizza was already in the oven that could be boxed or eaten at no additional charge. The shift was not extreme at all and I declined the additional pizza offer. Things sometimes happen even in the best of times. I very much appreciated his friendly and straightforward acknowledgement of the potential problem, willingness to own a mistake and efforts to rectify the situation. When so many in business or personal situations will wait and see if the problem is noticed, this was a very refreshing experience. And the pizza was absolutely delicious, shifted or not. Madison's service was spot on and her smiles genuine, even after she picked up a large group table partway through the meal. Thank you all.
