This is my fourth visit to the Applebee's in Springfield. Jada has been my server three out of those four times, and she is fantastic—friendly, respectful, cheerful, and an all-around great waitress. The manager, Tony, is also wonderful; he is very respectful and friendly. I will definitely continue coming here and highly recommend it to others. I love the service at this location! Some restaurant chains perform better than others, and this particular Applebee's stands out for its cleanliness and cozy atmosphere. They offer a variety of delicious specials that cater to all budgets. Our server, Caitlin, also worked as the bartender, and she was fantastic—never missing a beat. I love Applebee's! Today I had really good service and excellente' half rack of ribs. And The desert was Delicious! Only taste and pic. can really best describe my food!
Got the bacon classic burger. BEST BURGER IVE HAD IN SOO LONG. Highly recommended
