And I get it we are human but every time?? I hate feeling or inconvenience and being a Karen. Confrontation about food i can make at home just doesn't sit right. So I rated this 99 on how I'm serviced and what I believe it deserved. I shouldn't have to down an entire water to try through dry burgers. Service: Dine in

I... read more I ordered the fried shrimp platter for dinner, and it's one of my favorites. I may be a bit biased, but I truly love the 99—it’s one of my go-to dining spots. In all the years I've been eating there, over 20 now, I have never had a bad meal or experience. The restaurant is consistently clean, the food is excellent, the portions are generous, and it truly feels like a home run every time.

The turkey was dry, as if it had been sitting around for a while, and had an off taste. The portions were quite small. Additionally, the broccoli was tough and had an odd flavor. On the plus side, the potatoes were enjoyable, as was the cranberry sauce, but why was there such a small amount of it?

The menu offers a great variety at reasonable prices. You absolutely have to try the mango Mai Tai—it's incredibly delicious! The only negative I can mention is that I wish they would open a location in my hometown in Virginia.

I 've frequented several locations (Walpole MA, Holyoke MA, Springfield MA, Tewksbury MA) where the service was always good, no complaints. Staff was attentive to my children 's allergies. Made sure we were satisfied every step of the visit. Locations were also clean. Curbside is also great! Soon as you pull up they 're bringing out your order. You 're not left outside waiting forever before anyone acknowledges you 're waiting. My go-to dish is the smothered steak tips medium well ?

It wasn't too busy, and the waitress was quick and friendly, making for an excellent experience. Update (9/11/22): I stopped in for a late lunch and had the Top Sirloin with rice and broccoli. It was delicious, although the rice was a bit on the salty side. The waitress was outstanding as always. Overall, I consistently have a great experience here.

I'm definitely planning to come back. The waitstaff appeared very attentive, especially my waiter. I even asked to speak with the head manager, just to share how well my waiter had performed. I believe her name was Jewel, and she seemed ready to address any issues—though there were none! Overall, my friend and I had a wonderful experience here.

They had a great deal where you could get full-sized appetizers for half price during certain hours. Everything was served hot and fresh. The salad was tasty when I finally ate it later, and they generously provided extra dressing.
