The food earned a solid rating of 4 out of 5; everything was delicious and well-prepared. The service was also commendable, matching the food quality with another 4-star rating. The atmosphere, while decent, was rated a bit lower at 3 out of 5, as it's more suited for a casual dining experience. I highly recommend trying the Fried Shrimp, Chicken Wings, and Country Fried Chicken—they were definitely the highlights of the meal!

I... read more I ordered the fried shrimp platter for dinner, and it's one of my favorites. I may be a bit biased, but I truly love the 99—it’s one of my go-to dining spots. In all the years I've been eating there, over 20 now, I have never had a bad meal or experience. The restaurant is consistently clean, the food is excellent, the portions are generous, and it truly feels like a home run every time.

The menu offers a great variety at reasonable prices. You absolutely have to try the mango Mai Tai—it's incredibly delicious! The only negative I can mention is that I wish they would open a location in my hometown in Virginia.

It wasn't too busy, and the waitress was quick and friendly, making for an excellent experience. Update (9/11/22): I stopped in for a late lunch and had the Top Sirloin with rice and broccoli. It was delicious, although the rice was a bit on the salty side. The waitress was outstanding as always. Overall, I consistently have a great experience here.

I've visited several locations (Walpole MA, Holyoke MA, Springfield MA, Tewksbury MA) and the service has consistently been excellent—I've had no complaints. The staff was attentive to my children's allergies and made sure we were satisfied throughout our visit. The places were also very clean. The curbside service is fantastic! As soon as you arrive, they bring out your order right away, so you're not left waiting outside for ages. My favorite dish is the medium-well smothered steak tips.
