Got the Chicken Piccata with Linguine garlic oil. It was really good. Server was friendly attentive. Got the mini warm apple crostada for dessert. Will be back again. View all feedback.
What Robin Toll doesn't like about Maggiano's Little Italy:
This place was fine? Did not feel like good value for money. Food was okay. Service was good. Particularly appreciated chef coming to table to talk about dietary restrictions and alternative options. Parking: Parking lot is large but restaurant is in a very busy mall; parking is not easy to find. View all feedback.
The waitress was the best did not miss a detail. The food was absolutely great. The restaurant smells so good. The experience was just wonderful, I had a great time, cant wait to come back again.
Five stars. Service was a little confused, but the restaurant was very busy for Mother's Day. Order as a whole was discounted for the troubles. Everything was excellent, just a little disjointed. Dietary restrictions: Did an excellent job with meeting allergy-related needs at our table. All fried items should have a note that they're fried in the same frier/oil as shellfish, but our hostess was very quick to clarify that point.
You know… Maggiano’s has really gone down hill. I’ve been dining at Maggiano’s since the 2000’s at the DC location. The food was always excellent and the service impeccable. I do not know what happened, but the food and service is now horrid. The menu has been scaled back to pretty much no variety as before. This particular location was the worst. The servers were terrible. It took a half an hour for someone to come and bring water. I had to stop someone and ask who was waiting on the table. Once the food came the chopped salad was subpar and the chicken manicotti was burnt. They didn’t ask for cracked pepper or Parmesan cheese I had to ask the waiter and she looked at me like I was crazy. Then she had the audacity to bring me pizza shop Parmesan. This was reminiscent of Olive Garden with heftier pricing.
Food was delicious; service excellent. We ate at the bar. The place could use some updated lighting at the very least.
Thank you, Maggiano 's, for making my granddaughter so proud to be at heritage at Springfield Estates Elementary School 's night. Thank you for making her night so special. They gave us a *huge* tray of rigatoni that was the first dish to run out. Random people were coming up to me afterward out of the blue, saying your food was good, man . Multiple came back to ask for the name of the dish.
