Cheese here is the BEST worse you can be at. I have very low expectations when I come so I have a ball . However the girls that work here EVERY single one has the worse attitude ever . I might tune in it in hopes of not ruining my toddlers night but doesn’t mean the same for others. Some of them don’t even answer you when you ask questions . They just use head and facial gestures because you disturbed and annoyed them that much they can’t even take the second to say yes or no it’s eye rolling and teeth sucking hahahahaah. Like I said my son has a blast so go with the expectation of your child don’t be like me I filled up on water before I came and the amount of PEE on the bottom of my shoe. The amount of pee every where from the moment you reach the entrance of the bathroom honestly I just chose the toilet with the least amount of poo and pee but I never left a bathroom and felt so dirty in my life . However again my son enjoyed it lol . I can’t review the pizza because you couldn’t pay me to eat from a bunch of teenagers with that attitude. I just know the food matches the attitude. go for the game tune out the mean teenagers avoid the bathroom and food and life will be great.

I was Waiting in line to order my kids food and he... read more Was there tonight with my kids and witnessed a sad situation with not only a staff member but management too. I was Waiting in line to order my kids food and heard the employee tell a young mother the kitchen was backed up and they weren’t taking orders. Not even a minute later she took the next 2 people’s order without any issues. When the mom who was denied service brought it to the managers attention they called the cops and asked her to leave. Will not be returning

We got our hand stamped and could not recognize the number... read more When arriving at the Chuck E Cheese we were greeted by someone who did not know what they were doing. We got our hand stamped and could not recognize the number of the stamp, so how would they know that our children belonged to us. Next, the person at the counter did not know what he was doing. He informed us that the kitchen was closed and that we could not order for at least 30 minutes, only to find out that was not true 2 minutes later. We had to wait 10 minutes for him to ring us up for 1 (90 minute) card. Next we placed our order for a combo which included 4 sodas, 1 large pizza and 10 bone in wings. We sat and waited for 10 minutes and our buzzer went off. Once getting up to the counter we were informed that they did not have any bone in wings and it would cost us an additional $10 to get the boneless wings. We declined that offer and was only given $6 backs for the wings that was included in the meal. Go figure! I asked to speak with a manager to discuss my disappointment only to be told that the cashier made a mistake and there was nothing she could do about it. Totally unacceptable! 4/14/2024 7:00 p.m.
