The staff at... read more I have dined at this highly popular restaurant for dinner twice and for lunch once. I want to send this review directly to the Chipotle executives. The staff at the Springfield location are well-trained, managed, and dedicated. They are constantly busy with a mix of walk-in customers and online orders. In my opinion, the meals at this location are fresher and better prepared than any other Chipotle I have visited in the past decade. I believe this is the best dining experience I have had since my first visit at Bridgewater Mall. I was disappointed that I couldn't leave a tip when checking out. I urge you to support and reward this location, as they must be one of your most profitable. I hope that nothing changes about this place.
