Yum Cha Cuisine - SPRINGFIELD CENTRAL

With my wife and enkelin at three items on menu were not available. the dishes we got were “burying” others badly recovered. no trolley service. service was very bad as we had to ask for things like chili sauce, chilisticks, bowls etc. I wouldn't go back there if you paid me. so a shame to spend all the money that set up and serve the substandard food.

Was already at several locations, especially since it is the closest Yam-cha square for me. the service is missing consistently. very difficult to get the attention of the waiter, they are often ignored. not exhausting to extend the hospitality. food average quality. often they will say. that they ran out of something. sometimes they will ask for two or three alternatives to find out that they are also from them.

We sung here on Thursday night. we ordered a few dishes, including the peking duck. great tasting and generous portions. it was a two course of peking duck that did not happen in many other restaurants that peking duck in the rule only serve one. in our experience. we have used a discount voucher, but believe them, even at the full price the meals were worth it. as other diners have found, the customer service was not excessively attentive and not excessively friendly, but the dining experience with eating well and really makes it. if they could improve their service a little more, would be for a five star! would go back and re-enter.

Having a family meal for people, the drinks order for of us came out wrong, two of yhe drinks had items floating in them that shouldn't have been there, had one swapped and it had a floating item as well. When the food...came out the second entree was wrong two serves of entrees were still missing after the mains were delivered only to find out they had sold out before we got there, the mongolian lamb was very oily, the pepper beef and asparagus was missing the asparagus and overly salty, the chicken satay was missing the vegetables, the lemon chicken was dry and tasted like plastic. On average the food was over oily and very salty. The fried rice and sweet and sour pork was the only thing nice. Will never return to this place.

Went here tonight for hubby’s birthday and had a course banquet. Wow wow wow. The flavour, freshness and quick polite service is everything you dream of when you go out for meal. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Want a taste test?...We did the Groupon deal for for two. Can’t wait to do their ph banquet next time. Going home to bed to sleep off my happy food coma .
