Panda Express - Springfield
Panda Express
Menu
The place from Springfield offers 43 different menus and drinks on the menu for an average price of $6.1.
This restaurant offers a range of experiences, from delightful dishes to significant inconsistencies. Customers note discrepancies in food preparation, with favorites like orange chicken and teriyaki chicken proving unreliable. Complaints about portion sizes and service have become increasingly frequent, often marred by staffing issues and lackluster management. Although some dishes, like the Crab Rangoon, stand out, overall satisfaction wanes due to quality control challenges and unprofessional service. Cleanliness appears satisfactory, but food safety practices raise eyebrows. While the potential for enjoyment exists, many diners are opting to seek alternatives elsewhere.

Was Jay Johnson at Panda Express a mag?
Good food...the service was good for the most part. The GM definitely gave off the I don't want yo be here vibe. The kids around him were trying their best. The sides were a tad bland but improved with the addition of chili sauce. Restaurant appeared clean for the most part. A couple of staff wore their masks into the restrooms and then returned to make food. They could ve seen touching their masks and then the food.... View all feedback.
What Lindsay McGraw dislikes about Panda Express:
Our first time to Panda Express Gal that took our order was great. Food was good untill my husband went to the bathroom and noticed a pile of puke under a wet floor sign. It dribbled onto the bathroom and he said it looked like sombody tried to clean it but it was everywhere. We dumped what was left of or food and left he is trying not to get sick. You can't just leave a pile of puke in your dining room with sign ove... View all feedback.
Ordered Teriyaki Chicken but they were out. Ordered Mushroom Chicken. Received mostly mushrooms. Very little chicken. Ordered beef and tough and did not taste good. Crab Rangoon was good. Disappointed. Was going about once a week.
The restaurant stops serving food an hour before closing, which goes against Panda Express's policy of stopping only 15 minutes prior. I have raised this issue with both the staff and corporate. The orange chicken can be hit or miss—sometimes it's fantastic, and other times it's not good at all. The Wabash location, however, is excellent and doesn't have these issues.
I used to eat here 3 or more times a week but last 3 times my order has been messed up.shrimp was to chewy, to much cabbage in the noodles. I want noodles not mostly cabbage. My order was $15.68. Gave the guy $20.68 and he tried to short me . When I brought it to his attention he said yeah I know I put it in wrong and shrugged his shoulders. I said no you owe me $5 and he acted like I was a pain. Food has really gone down hill. Guess I will just stay going to teriyaki madness where my order is done right
