Pizza Works - Springfield

Use to order a good place, but recently they have not ordered them right about price and the food is not even so good. I ordered chicken fetters Alfredo and they sent me spaghetti with what looks like nothing but spaghettini after I called and said they sent the wrong order they wanted me 5 dollars for a new delivery of the right pasta I do not recommend. Waste of money.

I just ordered a calzone without onions and received the order with onions. There are several factors that make this contribution worthy: 1. I ordered my çalzone at 11:30 and received it at 12:15, because the driver went to the wrong address, although it was printed correctly on the entrance. 2. The driver, although apologetic, confused my address with another customer and because these interactions were problematic, he had a stance with me. In righteousness to him when he realized the mistake, he apologized. But didn't give me the tip back for his mistake... 3. I called before the driver arrived and learned that the system had gone down and obviously this is where the unwanted onions became a substitute for mushrooms. 4. I called and was told that they would leave the Calzone again, but I explained that I was no longer at work, but in my class and would not have the flexibility to leave the class to get my food, so I asked if it could be something I could get later or tomorrow and was not told. The disregard and abuse of customers made this a terrible experience today. The only reason why this is a 2 and not a 1 star post, because my orders are usually good. But not to fix the situation?? I'm waiting to see if the management deals with the above problems.

Another place to never order from again. Order Small Grinder (footlong) and Pasta Dinner. $30 for it. When website pices Came to around $15. Call to ask why so expensive guess they have 5 different menus with different pricing online. And Owner Claimed receptionist Told me the total Which she did not......Friend Nick that used to work there said was dirty place and girl answering phones was a drunk So Yea all i gotta say about this trash place. Maybe call girl was to drunk to tell me the total...... Business makes mistakes customers pay the price.

Pizza's okay. But the salads are??!!! A grilled chicken salad comes only with salad, tomatoes and chicken!! I had to pay extra for cheese, pumpkin and garlic bread... I haven't got any shredded cheese in my salad yet
