I had the pulled chicken sandwich. Very tender and moist, sauce was excellent but not overpowering. Lots of chicken, so I'm happy to have leftovers for tomorrow! Seasoning on the fries was great. I'm staying at the RV park, so I'm coming back tonightfor the Taco Tuesday special!
We were on our way home to Show Low from Alpine and as we passed the restaurant my husband realized this was the restaurant that someone told him about when we were waiting for a flight several months ago. We had our dog with us so my husband went in andordered 2 sampler plates, 4 different tacos and onion rings to go. Everything was SO delicious??We will definitely stop in nexttime we are passing through??
One bite and you think you're in Texas! Amazing food and service! The Brisket and shoe string fries are without a double my Fav! Big RV parking across the street. (Looks to be an old Weight Station) I won't stop for gas, the parking lot is so crowded itshard to get in and out with a big (or even smaller) rig!
Great place to stop. Great food, friendly service. If you are with a big rig, cross the road at the old weight station lots of parking.
So this place is great! Food was amazing! People are friendly! The bar area is very clean and nice! Did I mention the bbq was amazing! Went to wackarnalds and got my usual big Mack meal and a 20 piece nuggets used to be 12$ was 25! I got enuf bbq for twoservings with Texas toast and a side salad it was 19$!

We ordered a 16-inch pizza, which looked slightly larger than that. Travis, the pizza chef, did an excellent job preparing it. Cooking a pizza in a wood-fired oven takes real skill, and Gateway really nailed it. Great job!
Delicious food! The staff is incredibly friendly as well. You can really see that they take pride in what they do.

I ordered the pulled chicken sandwich and found it to be very tender and juicy. The sauce was fantastic, not overpowering. I am glad I have leftovers for tomorrow! The atmosphere was fantastic. I am staying at the RV park nearby, so I will definitely be back for Taco Tuesday tonight!
This restaurant is fantastic! The food was delicious and the staff were friendly. The bar area is lovely and spotlessly clean. I especially loved the BBQ. I also visited another fast food chain and bought my usual Big Mac meal and 20 piece nuggets, which used to cost $12 but now costs $25! In comparison, I had enough BBQ for two servings with Texas toast and a side salad for only $19 at this restaurant.

Excellent! my 7 years old is really picky about eating.. she loved it. Texas and kansas city had better to think their recipes new!
