Neither friendliness nor attention at all corresponded to my expectations and professionalism. Unfortunately, not always came to the table what was ordered... once pizza 4 cheeses and pizza 4 seasons were confused. In order to clarify who has to answer the error, the service employee immediately came back to the table with the order form and could prove that he did not write something wrong but did not read the kitchen team correctly. Guilt grants instead of apology. That was really unprofessional! I don't break a neck out of the crown when I say I'm sorry in my job, even if the cause isn't responsible for me personally. But maybe no one was sorry.
