Been wanting to try this place and finally did today. On fridays you get a large smoothie for 5 bucks. Placed my order in the drive thru and pulled up and within 5 mins I was pulling out with my strawberry smoothie. It was really good and you could tell it was freshly made. The girl at the drive thru was very helpful. Will definitely be back again. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Smoothie King:
Workers need a lesson on taking orders and customer service. Girl at drive thru doesn't know how to listen and take a simple order. Then at window girl repeated wrong order (again) and I had to correct her (again). When they finally understood what I wanted the other girl working that brought my drink scolded me and told me how to correctly order!! REALLY??? I had a simple order...yogurt d-lite with banana! The lobby was extremely hot and very slow. the staff was at least friendly.
I have gone with them for a little over 6 months, and I have to say I enjoy the smoothies, but what brings me is that they don't do $5 dollars more Fridays. sad, but still good smoothies.
I was greeted and sat there and said I am ready for like 10 minutes on no answer. they called the phone and stopped me when they were open? the location bentonville is much more friendly and seems to have their act together.
I then greeted myself only to be ignored until I decided to go. that should be my first smoothie-king experience. I guess the king was preoccupied with the queen in the back room
I have to be honest, these are the best smoothies I have ever tasted. The restaurant offers a wide range of options and their $5 Friday special is incredible. My top pick is the Peanut Power Plus smoothie.
