Made you feel like a... read more My friend in Springfield kept going on about Neal's. So when I had the chance to visit, I jumped at the chance. First off, friendly staff. Made you feel like a long lost friends. Second. Server was really helpful with our menu choices. Then went to the next level to provide the best service ever. We both ordered fried Jalapeños. So they fried those first and brought it out as a sort of appetizer. Best ones I've ever eaten hands down. Third. Both meals were scrumptious. In fact I'm eating their leftovers as I type this. My friend said he'd come back for a weekend visit just to eat here. He lives in Kansas City, MO. If that's not a declaration of love; I don't know what would be.

One of the few original restaurants in Springdale. If your a history buff enjoy beautiful mounts of different wildlife. Careful Karen...your in the south now...with perfectly prepared liver and onions. If your curling your lips right now, at least give it a try. To their chicken fried steak.

I have been known to eat all three of my daily meals here when I come in to town to visit friends and family.

Considering we had quite a few in our group we were anticipating a long wait on food but they proved us wrong. Strongly recommended, especially if you love homemade pies.
