Mcdonald's - Springdale

I had a great experience at this McDonald's. The restaurant was spotless and the employees were very professional. The manager was even taking orders at the drive thru window! We have been to some McDonald's locations during our travels that were disappointing, but this one was outstanding. I would definitely come back here again.

The manager at the restaurant was very kind and replaced our incorrect order from Elm Springs. They were apologetic even though they had not made the mistake.

My children adore the chicken nuggets and fries at this restaurant. Sometimes, when you're in a rush and looking for a quick and affordable meal, this place hits the spot. The fast food here is quite tasty, and I personally enjoy their caramel frappe drinks. The staff is prompt and welcoming, which is all you can really ask for in a fast food joint.

I've been only using the app recently and do enjoy the deals, especially when they FF are free. Plus the curbside is so much better plus hardly ever busy and they bring it out surprisingly fast during their busy times.

This particular location must have focused their training on customer service lately. We stop through there a several times a month to grab a meal or to grab a basket of fries for the kids when the wife and I get burgers at Braums right up the road because both of our boys are partial to McDonald's fries over anywhere else. We always use the McD's app to order and pull over to the curbside pickup area to avoid having to go through the drive thru. The last few times we've been there each person that brought us our orders was so polite, happy and upbeat. If it had been just one employee I would have assumed they were manic or stoned maybe but it's occurred with 3 different employees in a row. Also, we haven't had any issues with getting messed up or wrong orders no matter how busy they are.
