We love this little park. A hidden gem in Springdale. We go there for a picnic every time we go to Zion National Park. It has access to the virgin river where we go and hunt for frogs and play in the water. Lots of space to sprawl out and relax. Not a lot of picnic tables. But the park is rarely very busy, so they are almost always available. View all feedback.
Dog parents, this is your pup’s afternoon paradise near Zion. Across the bridge dogs are often off leash. There are nice, sandy trails if you want to hike; the sand gets so hot though that you and your pup will likely head straight for the river for a swim. We spent two+ hours cooling off and playing in the river.

Great park but limited parking. Nice facility and trails
Great liitte park in springdale. has benches and a river close by. We like to have the kids play in the river if its low enough and clear. i would recommend this place for a family gathering.
Really a hidden gem. You can see the park from the overlooks. We sat on a rock at sunset and it was truly beautiful. Great for dog walking or really just a nice hike. A steep hill at points but it is worth it once you get to the top! Plenty of cool bugs plants and animals to see. Keep your eye out for the swallows at dusk swarming for insects.
