This used to be my go-to spot for Thai and Vietnamese cuisine. I typically order dishes like pho, pad Thai, tom kha, or fried rice, and their panang curry is fantastic. The main reason I don’t visit as often anymore is that they opened a location in Fayetteville, which I also tend to frequent. However, my main issue with Esan is the inconsistency in their dishes, possibly due to a change in chefs. Regardless, the food is still enjoyable. Just keep in mind that the service can be lacking, as they usually have only one server on duty at a time.
