What Terrell Casper doesn't like about Denny's:
Sitting here now. Waitress said it would be a while b)c she just had a 9top come in. There were only 5 there from the group so we had to wait for the rest of their party and then she'd get to us. Took forever to even get drinks. The cook has extremely greasy hair and the waitress is rude, slow and really just doesn't care. Finally getting our food after an hour of waiting..and it was raw. Can’t beat a free birthday slams I was by the Springdale Denny’s and decided to have lunch. This Dennys has weathered the storm of Covid and is still open with good service and a good affordable meal.
By far this has been the best Denny's we have been in. Nikita was our waitress and was quick as a whip. Great customer service, watched when we needed refills and insured our food was the way we ordered it. At check out, we received our military discount. Very nice and friendly staff!!!
Fearable experience, first try and never come back, ordered and waited almost an hour to bring food, ordered my eggs over medium, but they brought it runny. Never did our pancakes give us neither grapes we had ordered with food, and never refilled for coffee. And just a few to say. Wanted waitress to go our pancakes and grapes and still missing our grapes in our bag?.
One of the best burgers I? ve had ever come in my life review it was a slam dunk!!!
Wouldn?t give me my food or money back on a online order didn?t even try to call either but the Waffle House next door is really awesome and friendly staff and clean
