Great American style Mexican food after a looong day of hiking. This restaurant had kind staff and even though it is counter order, it still definitely has the feel of a sit down restaurant. We ordered the super smothered burritos and enchiladas (the red sauce tastes deliciously from scratch and margaritas. You have to order chips and salsa as an appetizer (only $3) but the roasted tomato salsa and the spicy green to... View all feedback.
What Hongkon doesn't like about Casa De Amigos:
with most restaurants having hours of wait lists in Springdale, Casas is a good option for a basic meal with minimal service. You place your order at an indoor counter, pay, state your assigned number and get your order delivered to you indoor or patio table. Reasonably priced and of good quality, this service concept , albeit a bit awkward, is acceptable. The Guacamole, served with great homemade chips is excellent.... View all feedback.
The restaurant offers delicious food, excellent margaritas, and affordable prices. We chose to sit outside, but had to go inside to order. The staff brought our margaritas and food to us when it was ready. It is worth noting that they do not have any wine available.
This restaurant is always busy, but it's a more affordable option for dining out. The outdoor seating is beautiful. The food is decent and reasonably priced, so there's nothing to complain about. I tried the burrito bowl and chimichanga, and I especially loved the flan.
While it may not be the best Mexican food you'll ever taste, this restaurant offers very good food with large portions at great prices. Conveniently located in the city center with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, it's a great spot to grab a meal during your stay.
They don't have much on the drink card, but the margaritas were great! everyone was really nice. the queso dip and avocado dip was good with our margaritas. great end of the day after visiting zion.
(This review is for the owners/staff, though feel free to excerpt as needed publicly)My wife and I were in Zion National Park celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and stopped in for margaritas. We fell in love with the place and made a point to make as many trips there during our stay as we could. The drinks were well-made. The food was amazingly priced, the quality of the food was very good and the presentation was nice. (The fish and shrimp used was plentiful and well-prepared in the several dishes we had over time)The staff was very attentive and professional and we never waited long to get served.I noticed a couple things that I did want to share with the owners and staff. The most consistent issue we noticed was how the staff responded to requests for moving tables. In once case, a large group of about 15 people came in and asked to create a large section so they could all sit together. The response was simply no' and they left. Another was our own experience. We were meeting another couple that were also celebrating their 25th anniversary and wanted to move two tables together to be able to sit together and were simply told no'.I'm not suggesting that you must say yes'. I'm just wondering if there is a way to solve this problem differently. Your staff is certainly good-natured and willing to be helpful, but also very busy. My purpose for writing these notes is to encourage you all to be your best and to share specific experiences to give you some feedback. I'm wishing you all the success in the world to keep growing your business.
