Always fun going to the K&W. I went in the 80s and am so glad my son can go there with his friends and feel safe. The food is always delicious. This latest trip I wanted to try the apple cider slushie float. It did not disappoint. I can't wait to go back for another! Parking: There are a few spots in the back. The chili sauce they put on their hotdogs does not taste good. I liked the chili they used to serve on their hotdogs. Also, check your carryout order before you leave, they always forget something. Had the foot long chili dog...outstanding!! The dairy free chocolate/ strawberry swirl was very good. Definitely worth the 26 min drive. I forsee many more family trips here. The staff was super friendly.

The food and ice cream are great, but unfortunately, this place has the slowest service in town. Be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes.
The K has been a beloved part of my life since childhood, and now my kids get to enjoy the same charming spot that we used to walk to after school. The staff is fantastic, the food is delicious, and the ice cream is a real treat! I also got a kick out of the little message outside the pick-up window.
