What User doesn't like about Jimmy John's:
I don't visit too often, but the last two times my sandwich was made incorrectly. Despite this, I am giving a 5-star rating because the manager promptly fixed the mistake and brought me a new sandwich. Everyone makes mistakes, but it's how they handle them that truly counts. We will definitely be returning for more!

The food is tasty and the service is quick. However, the only downside was when my wife ordered extra guacamole and it wasn't on her sandwich. This has happened three times now. I have called the manager twice and they have replaced the sandwich both times, but it is disappointing to have to go back when we are ready to eat. View all feedback.
