When I worked at an Arby’s in Kentucky, we kept the doors unlocked with just 2 or 3 staff members. The service here is inconsistent; it’s usually very slow, and the accuracy is about 50/50. The menu choices are great, but it can be frustrating to wait.

It comes with a complimentary vanilla milkshake, which wasn’t really needed to ease the heat. The service was prompt and attentive, and everything was served hot and fresh.

I then ordered what my family wanted and requested a roast turkey and Swiss sandwich on different bread, but the only options were wheat or rye, which I don’t like. So, I ended up getting a roast beef instead. It feels like they've reduced the quality of their food, though I could be mistaken. Hopefully, that's not the case.

I ordered a double beef sandwich, but it wasn’t even a double; it looked poorly made and thrown together. I also ordered a turkey ranch bacon meal and was charged for it, but they gave me two single beef sandwiches instead, with no extra cheese sauce. I’ve been unable to contact the store at all. Overall, the service was very disappointing.
