Then, one of the juice makers ran her hand and fingers all the way through her hair, front to back, twice. It seems to be a theme with most places nowadays. I thought there were food prep rules.Extra star because the menu looked so refreshing. Left with nothing :

I just picked up my online order from here and don't lik... read more I order my acai bowls on their Nekter app all the time. I am a VERY frequent customer at this location. I just picked up my online order from here and don't like writing bad reviews, but I can't just let this go this time. There is one worker therewho, every time I go in and he made my order, gives me not only an incredibly bad attitude (no smile, no hello, just a nod for what do you want but also doesn't use common sense with my order. I always order my bowl with just banana, no strawberries orblueberries on top. Every single other worker who makes my order automatically doubles up on the banana so that the whole tophas banana on it, since I don't want the other fruit. This one particular worker...and ONLY this worker, only puts a few slicesof banana on top, so most of the top is empty. So today when I saw he was working, I assumed he made my order and that the topof my order would be empty, and sure enough I was correct. So after he handed me my order, with no smile or thank you oranything, I asked him to add more banana on top. He took my order back, shook his head at me with absolute hatred, and without aword reluctantly added just a couple more slices of banana on top, then dropped the order on the counter again while ignoringme. I am sorry that he clearly hates his job...he is like this EVERY time I go in...but Nekter should do a better job ofensuring more consistent on-the-job training so that all workers provide the best customer service and consistency in makingtheir products. If there were a place in the app to add a note or request, I would do that. But since there is none, I have torely on common sense of the workers, which all but this one seem to have. The way this worker treated me today was absolutelydisgusting and my order, even after requesting it be improved, was sub-par. Nekter, please work with your workers to train themon customer service.
