Oh... my goodness! This place is incredible. We stumbled upon it by chance while driving down the A42. From the outside, it doesn’t look like much, but inside, it’s wonderfully cozy and picturesque, with just enough space for a handful of families. Savory skillet has made our high time and such an amazing work! the service, eating and price was great! they get a lot of high quality food without breaking the budget. we were so glad that we used savory skillet for our big day.
Outstanding food and service. Highly recommended. I will definitely recommend this restaurant and will be returning. I enjoyed speaking with the owners, very nice and GREAT COOKS! Homemade peach cobbler, hand battered onion rings and the best pork tenderloin sandwich that I ever had...YUM YUM!! PS: And fair prices too!
Very delicious breakfast. Wonderful service, very attentive to the customers needs, lots of regulars! Honestly, I like that it's a little out of town, it's a best kept secret! I would recommend this gem to anyone.
I love their food and small home town feel! I do wish the gravey portions were just a little bit larger because it is amazing. I am only giving 4 stars because of their decor, they have table clothes on the tables and a rug on the floor. Its always clean but my kids destroy both when we go.
A short, pleasant drive from Caesar Creek park. Good food, good service, good prices.
