I've also had some un... read more They open at 7:00 AM, which is far too late for a coffee and breakfast spot. They should really consider opening by 6:00 AM at the latest. I've also had some unpleasant and rude encounters with the staff, including a situation with one server who wore earbuds while delivering my meal. He simply looked for the assigned number on the tables, walked over, and dropped off the order without any interaction. It felt like he was not focused on the customer at all, which is frustrating. Has the business overlooked the importance of teaching the next generation of employees about quality customer service? Perhaps they should establish some guidelines regarding personal devices, dress code, hygiene, and overall professional behavior while on duty.

In addition to coffee they had all sorts of pastries, sandwiches, and pizzas. We tried some of their croissants and they were very good (the second best we've had in Vegas). They are made in house. I had the bacon, egg, and cheese croissant. It was hot and freshly cooked.They serve Lavazza brand coffee. It's not my favorite (go Illy) but it's very popular.The interior is somewhat industrial but has lots of comfortable chairs and sofas. It's not very loud, which I find appealing.
