I don’t understand the purpose of ordering ahead if I still have to wait in line to fix a simple one-item order. Additionally, the consistency of the add-ins like syrup and cream is lacking, even when I specify them in the app. That’s why, whenever I have the time, I prefer to go to Starbucks—my order always tastes the same there.

Instead... read more I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant this morning. The cashier accidentally spilled coffee all over me and didn’t even ask if I was okay. Instead of helping me, they focused on cleaning the table. That felt really rude! Additionally, I ordered a bagel with cream cheese but received it without any cream cheese. Overall, I am very dissatisfied.
