Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

It was my 1st time at Red Robin. I ordered the Burnin Love Burger w/ the homemade Salsa on the side the Yukon Chips. The burger was delicious, juicy, had a great char flavor. The Yukon Chips were horrible. They were not crispy, more like soggy greasy. My boyfriend ordered the Smoke Pepper Burger w/o Ketchup Steak Fries. He loved his burger the char flavor as well. His fries were delicious. I ended up just eating the steak fries as well, because after ordering a second round of Yukon Chips them being the same as the 1st batch. I said forget it. Our waitress Elizabeth Ann was nice informative. As far as cleanliness they could do a better job at wiping the tables chairs down, as well as sweeping/mopping up spills on the floor.

It was a little longer than expected the wait to get your food...but its definitely worth it.. french fries are the best..

Good burgers , attentive service and reasonable prices

Awesome! I wish we got the name of the manager because he really took care of us. It was our anniversary and my husband ordered off of postmates. It stated it would be ready in 19 minutes. As we were driving and right about to park we got an email saying our order was cancelled because this Red Robin was too busy with orders. We called and the manager said he saw our order and thought it was cancelled by us. We told him what happened and he apologized and took care of us. Our order was done within 10 minutes. Love this Red Robin, can't wait for them to open back up. THANK YOU!

This place is running like. Theres no pandemic. Ppl laughing and having a good time with some over the top burgers. Burgers anyway u can think up. Modified flip up windows allow for dining practically indoors. Well placed outdoor heaters to keep u comfortable and a friendly lively staff. Togo orders are made in resonable time and well packed. However with ur togo order be prepared for a 20 dollar post mates charge even if ur picking it up urself. Still worth it!!!!
