Had to order online kfc. The app kept freezing took an hour to get all of my order in requested several Honey and honey dipping sauces and three other sauces. None were out in the order!!! When the delivery driver dropped it off I couldn'tunderstand a word he said! Could Not speak English very well! I told him (I know it's not his responsibility it's the customerservices at that kfc store on paradise valley road spring valley) he said I will go get the sauces and bring back to you and henever did it!! There is never any answer when calling this kfc store and not to mention almost $9.00 Delivery charge!! I'm goingto the better business borough. If I could give this place zero I would!! Bad business!! The delivery driver is a LIAR and Ihope this place closes down! I wasted $50 three it away the chicken was mushy too!! J

It's well-maintained, clean, and sanitized, and the staff is some of the best trained I've seen in the fast-food industry. Despite being a busy spot, the customers are considerate of each other's time. The food is consistently fresh and prepared properly. I want to thank the franchise owner, their dedicated manager, and the efficient, well-trained staff.

They often don't seem to get the basics... read more I rarely eat at KFC, but I believe everyone deserves a living wage—except, it seems, those working in the food industry. They often don't seem to get the basics right. I recently ordered from this KFC through Uber Eats and received cold, stale fries, no sauce for my chicken tenders despite specifically requesting it, and pickles on my chicken sandwich even though I asked for none. If those in the food industry keep messing up orders like this, I don't think they deserve more than $6 an hour—which I’m still being generous with. Maybe it's just this location, but it’s surprising how such a simple job can be done so poorly. After reading more reviews, I’m shocked this KFC is still in business. I’m seriously considering reporting it to the BBB, as it has way too many negative reviews. It must be the area affecting their service.
