Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Spring Hill

I really wanted to love this place, but I would like to offer feedback and an opportunity for management to improve. The layout of the drive-thru gives customers the impression that service will be quick, but that is not the case. Even with only 2-4 cars in line at midday, customers can wait up to 30 minutes. I was the 4th car in line and waited over half an hour. It felt like they should only be serving a few cars at a time if they can't handle the volume. I wouldn't recommend this place for a quick lunch break. The staff were unwelcoming and unfriendly, never offering a smile during my five visits. Additionally, I was disappointed to discover that they do not use milk products in their smoothies (only soy, almond, whole, 2%), but instead mix them with water. While the food was good, there is room for improvement. I hope management will take these comments into consideration for a better customer experience in the future.

We visited this restaurant yesterday at 2:30. We ordered from the drive-thru, but the QR scanner was not working. Our order was messy and did not include napkins. The sweet potatoes were undercooked. Based on previous experiences, I believe this location has potential for improvement.

This was my first time at this restaurant and I was very disappointed. My smoothie had an excessive amount of ice and not enough ingredients. I do not intend to return.

Taste of the smoothies was best ok and definitiw not the money worth.

Excellent customer service with a friendly smile!! Jeddi took great care of me and shared his knowledge of the menu, helping me make a great selection on a smoothie and wrap. Definitely will be back to enjoy more of this tropical paradise.
