My husband and I had gone to Taco Bell on County line Road yesterday in Springhill. This is the only Taco Bell that I will go to! What Alexis doesn't like about Taco Bell:
This place is not very good if you are placing an order from the app. On more than one occasion they get the order wrong by not including all the items you ordered, or they put on ingredients you asked to have taken off. Yes, they offer to fix the mistakes, but it gets annoying when you spend more money on gas for their mistakes. I must be dumber than they are because I have gone back. View all feedback.

Just ordered from here. I ordered a chalupa and asked for chicken instead of beef. Got beef with a long piece of hair in it. They had no root beer so had to do pepsi which not a fan of as I drink coke. Also ordered a supreme crunch which suppose to have beef and didn't have any. My nacho potatoes were cold. I had a great experience at other Taco Bells. I am completely unsatisfied with this place.
Went through the drive thru and they forgot my cheesy gordita crunch and a soft taco. I didn't notice the crunch was missing when I went back in for my taco so that's my mistake. When I got back to my vehicle to eat the taco, I opened it up to immediately find hair. Not a single person was wearing hairnets and the drive thru individual wasn't wearing cash handling gloves. I finally opened up my Quesadilla and not only was it cut terribly, but, it was absolutely cold.
Very efficient and friendly! Food was hot and store was very clean.
Perhaps the worst of the worst . 2nd only to the Taco Belle located at the Mariner and Spring Hill. During breakfast hours No more breakfast food and just today Aug 19 2023 at 1045 AM. Taco Belle quote, we don 't do Senior coffee , unquote! I could go on and on about the store on County Line Road. Just a waste of time with runner up at 4 corners. If you want a better deal drive over to the store located on Anderson Snow just south of Springhill Dr..Clean, courteous and Senior Coffe along with well prepared food products. I live less than tree miles from County Line and it 's a waste of ti.e and gadoline..
